Nubya Garcia cannot be easily classified. A saxophonist and songwriter from London, she studied jazz with Nikki Yeoh, but her universe goes far beyond that, combining classical music, R&B and more. His album Odyssey (2024) fuses orchestral arrangements, jazz, broken beat and dub, reflecting his renewed passion for composition.

Her first album Source (2020) was a critical success, earning a Mercury Prize nomination and a place in the Top 30 of the British charts. She has performed at Glastonbury, at NPR's Tiny Desk, and toured with Khruangbin.
