
TERMS OF SALE
Festival pass
- Passes are on sale online under the “ticketing” tab of the site www.jazzablanca.com
- The Pass is non-refundable.
- No limit on Pass purchases by credit card.
- The confidentiality and data protection of this Pass is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The confirmation email is not valid as a Pass. Only the Pass with ticket number and QR code is authentic. Make sure the QR code on your Pass is legible.
- The festival declines all responsibility for anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the pass or
- in case of loss, theft or illicit use of the Pass.
- the festival declines all responsibility in the event of the purchase of Passes outside authorized points of sale and cannot, for any reason whatsoever, be held responsible for the said sale. Only points of sale that issue passes and not vouchers are authorized. The obligation to verify is borne by the customer.
Program change/Cancellation
- All the artists announced have confirmed their participation in the festival.
- However, cancellations or program changes remain possible and will be announced via our website, social networks and our Newsletter.
- In the event of a change in the program or schedule, the festival reserves the right to decide, depending on the circumstances, to refund the Passes or packages up to the price mentioned on the Pass or package
- In the event of cancellation of the festival or an entire evening, Passes, packages and subscriptions will be refunded up to the price indicated on the Pass, package or subscription.
- If an evening is interrupted for more than half the duration of the scheduled concerts, the Pass will not be refunded or exchanged.
Reports
- If an evening is postponed to a new date, the Passes will automatically be valid for the new date. Holders will have the choice either to keep their Pass for the new date, or to be reimbursed in accordance with the deadlines and processes provided for this purpose. The information will be sent to Pass holders by email. Once the deadline has passed, requests will no longer be considered.
Loss or theft of a Pass
- In the event of loss or theft of a Pass, any claim to reimbursement or replacement is excluded.
Sound and image recording
- It is forbidden to capture and/or record sounds and/or images during concerts. This ban concerns both live performances by artists/groups and their broadcasts on festival screens. Violation of this rule may result in a penalty up to the confiscation of the equipment and immediate expulsion from the perimeter of the festival, without compensation.
- The concerts and the festival locations are filmed and photographed. By your presence on the festival site, by agreeing to buy a pass or by being invited to the festival, you agree that your image will be used without compensation of any kind whatsoever, you agree that your image will be used to promote the festival on all paper, audiovisual, internet or any other form of distribution.
ACCESS CONDITIONS
Conditions - Covid-19
- The festival will comply with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health in Morocco on the date of the festival,
Access to the festival site
- It is important to respect the concert schedules communicated on our site.
- The festival site opens at 6 p.m.
- We ask you to arrive no earlier than one hour before the start of a performance in order to avoid queues.
- As of midnight, no entry will be allowed
- The festival site closes at 02:00.

Access - Festival pass
- All festival-goers must have a pass.
- Any pass must be exchanged for a bracelet (Minor/Major)
- The Pass is only valid for the date (s) indicated on it.
- You don't need to print your pass. All you have to do is present it on the screen of your smartphone.
- The confirmation email is not valid as a Pass. Only the Pass with QR Code is authentic. Make sure that the QR Code on your Pass is legible.
- Passes allow you to enter the festival site only once and lose their validity after the first check. In the event that several Passes with an identical QR Code are in circulation, only the first one presented will be considered valid. The organizer of the event may refuse access to the concert when several prints, imitations or copies of this type of Pass have been produced.
- Do not buy a Pass elsewhere than at our official ticket offices, you may end up with an access ticket that has already been used! Under no circumstances will the ticket allow you to access the site or be reimbursed by the organizer.
- In the event of an attempt at fraud, the person concerned will automatically be reported to the police services, which are present on site.
- Attention, any departure from the festival site is final.
Access - Age limit
- Access is free for children under 1.20m (accompanied by adults). Strollers are not allowed.
- For safety reasons, unaccompanied children under 18 are not allowed.
- Minors are not allowed in the VIP area, even when accompanied.
- In case of doubt about the age of a person, access may be refused unless proof of majority is spontaneously presented.
Security conditions
- The festival declines all responsibility for the damage that would be suffered by any person, as a result of any incident occurring within the festival, in particular, for damage, of any nature whatsoever, which could directly or indirectly affect the effects, objects or materials brought by the festival-goer.
- The organizer reserves the right not to replace or exchange damaged or lost bracelets.
- It is forbidden to bring the following items to concerts:
- Bulky luggage or backpacks
- Glass bottles or objects
- P.E.T. bottles
- Cans/Thermos
- Food
- Animals
- Cameras/cameras/audio recorders
- Umbrella
- Strollers
- Seats of any order
- Rollers, skateboards, pyrotechnic objects
- Weapons of all kinds, throwing objects, tear gas, helmets
- Flag poles, banners, signs and in general, any object that is dangerous or could be used as a projectile.
- A mandatory check is carried out at the entrance to the concerts. If the owner of an unauthorized and/or dangerous object refuses to part with it, access will be refused without reimbursement of the Pass.
- Festival employees work to offer the best conditions of welcome, comfort and safety to all festival-goers. They follow training courses throughout the year to enable them to best respond to issues related to crowd management and risk prevention in a festive environment. The instructions of the staff at the entrances must be respected.
